Bearing in mind that different types of sales can take place, hope this helps.

The seller will always want the biggest price tag, the buyer the lowest price tag.

If it is a transaction from a commercial nursery, the prices are always higher. ( they have many overheads to cover ) In a recently published book, the following prices were published. Altensteinii at R 45/cm. Transvenosus at R 45/cm.

If it is being sold out of a collection the prices could be a bit lower. Being sold out of hand to make space or any other reason, the price will be even less. Bigger plants also carry a higher tag.

    I think a fair price( paperwork/permits included ) altensteinii R 50 cm, and transvenosus R 70cm.
