Longi after 2 years
It's lovely when that happens. These things are stronger than we realise, so we probably look after them too much.
I had an inopinus that was driven over and after a two year break, it's good as new.
Patience is essential. I've waited 4 years for this plant to send a second set of leaves after transplant. They give us stress then reward us.
Nice golden flush!
Have this Middelburg which I planted in July 2015. Still waiting for a flush but have been rewarded with no less than 8 suckers
Lovely plant Craig. That second flush must have been very comforting.
That's a good return Charles. The big one is clearly very happy, just not pushing leaves for some reason.
Did it have any suckers when you planted it?
Another never say never example. Half of this sucker was soft and cut was away. Didn't expect it to make it, but 6 months later there's life.
Craig it had 3 tiny suckers when I planted it. I removed the leaves of the suckers and they are now flushing.
Is that a dolli sucker?
Those suckers have grown well.
It's a eugene, but a very hairy one. Wish it was a doli.
An update. Flush is on its way and there are now 12 suckers. Feeling blessed.
That's very good going. You have a sucker machine on your hands there.
